Before I began this work, I lived in survival mode for years while still appearing “fine” on the outside. My body eventually began speaking louder through unexplained pain and overwhelm. That was the moment I realised I couldn’t keep overriding what my body was asking for.
This work comes from lived experience, years of guiding women, and my own journey of learning to listen to my body.
I work with women who are emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and sensitive, yet tired of understanding their patterns without feeling able to shift them.
I’ve spent years supporting women in group and one-on-one settings through moments of remembering, regulation, and deep inner change.
I don’t believe in forcing breakthroughs or fixing people. I believe the body already knows, and when it feels safe enough, it remembers.
I’ll walk this journey alongside you, holding the container, guiding the process, and trusting your body to lead what is ready.
